Ryan Norton / Co-Founder        

Ryan is a co-founder of Stonefly Short-Term Rentals with a deep background in hospitality and real estate. He spent 8 years in the hotel industry in Maui, Hawaii, developing a strong understanding of guest experience and operational excellence. In 2010, Ryan and his wife moved to Oregon to be closer to family and pursue his love of spey fishing for steelhead. There he pursued a career in real estate that included licenses in residential appraisal, mortgage lending, and real estate sales. This diverse background gives Ryan a disciplined, investment-focused approach to short-term rental management while maintaining high hospitality standards. He lives in Bend, Oregon with his wife, Angela, and their two children.

Brett Anderson / Co-Founder 

Brett is a co-founder of Stonefly Short-Term Rentals, bringing together a passion for hospitality, real estate, and thoughtful stewardship. An avid fly fisherman, Brett spent 20+ years in pastoral leadership, where he developed a people-first approach rooted in service, integrity, and trust. Since 2021, he has worked as a real estate professional, gaining hands-on experience in protecting and maximizing property investments. Brett lives in Jacksonville, Oregon with his wife, Jessica, and their four children, and is committed to creating stress-free ownership experiences and exceptional stays for every guest. He believes great management is built on clear communication, consistency, and genuine care for both people and property.
